Open shoulder notches and four wide, circumferential grooves help evacuate water from the contact patch to resist hydroplaning, and the 3D Micro-Gauge sipes are full depth to provide traction in wet and wintry conditions long into the tire’s life. The internal construction of the Evolution Tour consists of a one-ply, polyester casing supporting twin steel belts. High ply turn-up provides a two-ply sidewall, and a single, nylon overwrap reinforces the tread area for durability, improved handling response and high-speed capability.
