Eligibility Conditions

If all the conditions stated below are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Returned items are just applied to 2 conditions below:

The sent product is the wrong size or color compared to ordered invoice.

The product is defective or damaged.

Please note those necessary factors:

  • The serial number must be intact, or the return will be automatically denied.
  • Products must be returned in their unaltered original boxes.
  • Returned products must include all received initial items, including free articles and accessories, for a total return.
  • At the same time, the returned product must be in its original packaging, with tags, and in unused condition. If the product is no longer in our store’s packaging, please note that we do not accept this return case.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • The refund amount is limited to the original purchase price.
  • Sale products and gifts are not reserved the right non-refundable.

Shipping Products for Return or Exchange

Please make sure you repack the product carefully. You must place the original box in a separate shipping box and include the RMA number below the return address. Please do not put shipping labels or manufacturers on the packaging.

Limited Liability

We are not responsible for any consequences after you have used our product. 

Refund Time Frame

Refunds apply to the payment method used at purchase 3-7 days after the goods are received and inspected. Refunds are limited to the original purchase price and do not include shipping and handling fees, which are non-refundable.
